Well done to all the new members and some old members completing their 1st 15ft rope climb last night. Some great body weight strength shown, especially some of the female members who also overcome their fear for heights. Great work!
Another on the ramp to CrossFit completed Some of the new guys below, now showing/ performing fluent and efficient movements for all the lifts/ techniques. Also all nine new starters mastered the double under on their 1St session, There is defiantly some CrossFit thorough breads in this bunch!!
